DBI-SALA's single tail shock absorbing kernmantle rope lanyards are part of the Z20 series. Kernmantle rope lanyards have a protective outer sheath that delivers greater resistance to minor cuts, abrasions, chemicals and grime as well as providing heat resistance. The rope is less likely to fray or snag, it resists knotting and twisting, and totally removes the risk of bird caging. They are ideal for use in all kinds of industrial environments and applications.

DBI-SALA's range of fall arrest rated shock absorbing lanyards are designed to quickly and effectively arrest a fall, whilst minimising shock loads on the body. The key to DBI-SALA's lanyards is the ZORBA (shock absorbing unit) that utilises a controlled tearing action when subjected to a fall, limiting the arresting forces to under 6kN. The Zorba unit features a transparent casing designed to make visual inspection easier for the user.

DBI-SALA lanyards are manufactured in a wide range to suit your specific needs and applications. They are available in either single or double tail configurations constructed from webbing (elasticated, non-elasticated, adjustable and tie-back), wire or rope; with a combination of hooks and karabiners.
