Recent clarification of the nominal hours for training courses means better outcomes for trainees and in the long term employers too.

This does mean that courses which in the past have been delivered in a day or two, may well take longer. We see this as an opportunity to rethink the way we approach training, to focus in on specific groups in the work force and their specific on the job requirements.
