MSS always strive to provide the best outcomes for our clients and learners. Your feedback is VERY important to us. Your voice will be heard. We will listen and we will act accordingly.

First of all we recommend you speak to your trainer during the course to see if they can remedy the situation immediately.

If you are still not satisfied and wish to make a formal complaint or appeal, please download this file:

When you have completed the form, please forward it to our office (details on the form)

There other avenues open to you if you wish to escalate your Complaint or Appeal.
